I think McLaren should use this livery next year. It looks awesome with the chassis name, and that color orange is pretty nice in my opinion.

I'm not sure, and I don't think marlboro would allow it because they are still a silent partner for Ferrari, I went to Marrakech in February and they had Marlboro adverts with Ferrari on them
